About OLIVIA COLLIGAN

I am the oldest of three girls in a loud, Italian family. If your first thought is “woof,” you’d be exactly right. Growing up, I did my homework at the kitchen counter while a swarm of energy buzzed around me, finding myself at peace amidst the chaos – the “eye of the hurricane” as I wrote in my college admissions essay. I pride myself in my ability to diffuse stress, bring peace to the chaos, and to approach every aspect of the journey with a level head, and this precisely is what I bring to the buying and selling process.

I am intentional about educating my clients with market data and current trends, offering a detailed guide of what to expect, and empowering them to feel confident in their decisions. I support my clients in their real estate journey by providing authentic customer service, consistent and effective communication, a tailored approach to marketing, and a refined attention to detail.

When I’m not out and about with clients, you can find me walking my pup Peanut with my husband, James, through Old Town, sweating through Solidcore classes, or whipping up a new recipe for “Olivia’s Test Kitchen.” During the summer you may spot me sitting in traffic on the Bay Bridge heading to or from Rehoboth Beach, Delaware.
